Looking Ahead- June 2018

I’m taking part in a monthly meme created by Tina over at Reading Between the Pages.   On the first day of each month she will post a Looking Ahead – This Month’s TBR List.  If you have a TBR list for the month feel free to link in. You are more than welcome to use her image or one of your own. Tina thinks this will be a fun way to meet new bloggers, branch out to different genres, and find some new must-read books. I agree!  Go check out her website and join in the fun.

Oh wow, June is here!  It’s my birthday month!  I’ve already ordered myself a new kindle, as my old one was completely dead and I’m looking forward to reading on the bigger screen, as I do have to ‘turn the page’ rather frequently when reading on my phone.

May was a great month for reading for me!  I purposely kept my obligations low so I could overload on stuff I wanted to read for me.  That worked really well as I got in a whopping 13 books! Okay, a couple were novellas, but still, I usually only squeeze in about 6.  The down side is that I barely wrote any reviews so I’ve got to catch up with that this month!

For June, I have a couple of blog tours and author requests.  I also need to catch up on my reading for the Beat The Backlist Challenge.  My favourite part of the June reading is that Erin sent out her eARCs for Book 6 in the Spells and Caramels series!! I’m super excited about that.  Will have that review up in time for publication day.

Here’s what’s on my list this month:

A Deadly Éclair by Daryl Wood Gerber

One Summer Weekend by Juliet Archer

Strawberries and Strangers by Leena Clover

Greek Millionaire, Unruly Wife by Sun Chara

Unforgivables by Tabi  Slick

That Old Witch! by M. Z. Andrews

A couple more than normal but I think I can fit them in this month.  What about you? What are you looking forward to reading this month?
