The Versatile Blogger Award

Thank you again to Richa over at iScriblr for another award nomination.  Please do show Richa some blog love and check out her inspiring and informative blog.  She’s been doing a healthy eating series, that’s quite useful.

The Versatile Blogger Award was created to feature and recognize blogs that have unique content, high quality of writing, and fantastic photos. As the web-page about the Versatile Blogger Award says – “Honor those bloggers who bring something special to your life whether every day or only now and then.”

1 Thank the person who nominated you with a link to their blog.
2 Include the banner in your post.
3 Tag it under #versatilebloggeraward in the Reader.
4 Tell 7 things about yourself. What are some fun facts about yourself?
5 Keep up with the chain and nominate 10-15 bloggers for this award.

1 I like to dance.  I’m not good at it.  At all. I’ve taken classes… it was not pretty.  My husband and I practiced for months for the first dance at our wedding.  And it was just a basic two-step.  I’m happy he has some skill in that area.

2 I always wanted to be part of a team so I tried out for several sports clubs when I was in school.  Field hockey (no endurance), aerobics (but no coordination), soccer (no coordination), tennis (my hand hurt).  Thankfully, we eventually got a great drama teacher who helped me establish the drama club.

3 The answer to “Do you want desert?” is always Yes.
4 In high school I was good at creative writing and organising drama productions.  Once upon a time I wanted to be a film producer or director.
5 I don’t like really hot days but I love being at the beach.  One of my favourite things to do is walk along a shoreline in the evening or sit quietly on the sand looking out at the waves.

6 I really wish I could paint or play an instrument.  One day when I have more free time, I’ll learn.
7 I prefer milk chocolate to dark.  White chocolate is not a thing… sorry.

  1. Haha I really don’t like white chocolate at all, but dark chocolate is my favourite! I’ll always say yes to dessert too. It’s kinda funny because I’ll say I’m full (and I am), but then somehow I always have that extra space for dessert lol
