3 Days, 3 Quotes

Day 2

Thank you to Chizurue for tagging me in this unique and inspirational tag.

RULES

• Thank the person who nominated you.
• Post a quote for 3 consecutive days (1 quote for each day, can be a super short post).
• Nominate three new bloggers each day.

For day two, I’ve chosen something fun but so very true.

“When you think things are bad, when you feel sour and blue, when you start to get mad… you should do what I do.  Just tell yourself, Duckie, you’re really quite lucky! Some people are much more… oh, ever so much more… oh, muchly much-much more unlucky than you!”

Dr, Seuss

I cannot take credit for remembering that Dr. Seuss quote.  However, I do have a copy of N.N. Light‘s Book of Daily Inspiration and that was today’s featured quote.  As I’ve gotten older, I find I feel far less sorry for myself and much more focussed on the blessings in my life. I hope I always manage to find a way to feel lucky.
